Position Description: Utility Team Member
Reports to: Director of BOH Operations/BOH Ops Managers
The Utility Team Member role at Chick-fil-A is to ensure that the restaurant is able to perform its core functions by ensuring all of the facility and equipment are maintained and cleaned on a scheduled basis. This team member will also work closely with the facility manager to ensure all preventative maintenance is up to date.
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the facility
- Ensures that all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks are completed properly
- Clean dishes and smallwares on a regular basis throughout the day
- Assist with any maintenance needs as is able
- Be efficient in all areas of BOH operation of the store and be willing to jump into any role when necessary
- Learn continually by pursuing personal development, a better understanding of the business, and strong relationships inside and outside of Chick-fil-A
- Know and Live out the Mission, Values, and Purpose for both our store and Chick-fil-A, Inc.
- Complete any team member evaluations on time as assigned.
- Any other duties as assigned
